MM wrote a post called Nobody Cares....or something...I'll have to find it...it was good...about when you feel no one cares.
Well here is another one...black and white thinking of course...all or nothing...and not true...just to be examined...It feels 'nothing is working'. That is not true of course...just feels that way.
But here is why I feel it recently. Then I may try to counter it with a few examples.
But I know it is not true...just want to say the most recent let downs.
Well, the therapist I spoke of in the last post. Have been trying to find one for a while. Not yet.
Money issues.
Last Sat. I went to Dr. regarding fibromyalgia. He said there was no such thing as fibromyalgia. I had hope he may help me. Maybe still...I need to follow up.
Not making friends on match.com. Dissapointing, but not the best place to look either.
Weight, I cannot believe it, seems to be going up MORE. Unfathomable. I feel I must have a tumor.
Well I can think of counter examples to all these, and good things that have been happening but for now, just the negative. I can still get back to the Dr. and ask questions, find out about more things. I am just very tired lately, feel lots of dissapointments is all.
Just too tired to write more. I just need hope I can cure this fibromyalgia more right now...health is first, then I can tackle other things.

Hey Marishka
Yes here is the post you might have been trying to find: What to do When You Feel Nobody Cares. I hope you do know that there are people who do care about you but depression makes it seem otherwise.
I can see why you might feel let down by this new therapist. If you are not jiving with her...it may seem like you have hit a brick wall with your therapy. Let us know what happens with her.
Your doctor said there is no such thing as fibromyalgia? Uh...that is not true. I am shocked that a doctor would say such a thing. Yet there are some medical professionals out there who don't believe that a lot of diseases and disorders exist like ADHD for example.
Sometimes life is like walking a tightrope...you are just trying to get across but life or other people throw tomatoes at you and you lose your balance. It can be very hard indeed.
But don't give up! We are rooting for you.
Hi MM,
I like that image...the tightrope and tomatoes...yes it feels that way sometimes. I will read that article again, I think it will help.
