One of the challenges of suffering from depression is to change your way of thinking. I have often wondered...what comes first? The mood or the thinking. Sometimes it is the mood. And in those cases...attempts to think more logically...at least for me...don't work so well. It is then that I need a counterpart to...help me to think things through. And this is where a good therapist can be of such value.
Anyways...good food for thought.
