i listen to the president when he talks on tv but i don't hear him meantion about the poor and disabled people but have heard about getting a $250.00 stimulus but that it not really going to help 1 i am in need of a good used car but can't afford it.i need one so i can got get food what we can get which is not much and go to the drs and to even take my mom to her appointments she is retired.

This economy is something. I don't know when things are going to get any better.
I had been brought up in extreme poverty and I know what it is like to not have a car, not have food, heat, or even a home. To say it is hard to live like that is an understatement. It doesn't help mood much when you cannot even afford to go to the doctor.
There are resources out there but they are getting harder to find.
Are you connected to a mental health agency at all? I am thinking that maybe a good social worker could help connect you to some resources to help.
I wish I could say something to make it all better. Please hang in there.
