i have been depressed most of my life.i can not remember to many happy times.i have been on just about all of the meds.they work for a little while and then depressed again.it makes you more depressed and hopeless thinking is there any help for me.i would like to get some friends and go out but how,when you are to depressed to get dressed and get out the door.
