God is Love even for the depressed

I am 30 years old and a long time sufferer of depression, anorexia, panic attacks, etc... I've tried all the anti-anxiety meds and antidepressants, all the "self medications." They providedd short term relief, of course.  Just recently I took the leap of faith and  offered my self to the Lord Jesus Christ, and WOW! My mind has been transformed. I used to think that faith in God was nothing more than opium for the masses. But that thought has ceased, for my life has changed. My will is His will. Glory Glory! Hallelujah! Since I've laid my burden down!
