i was reading that you can use celexa in place of prozac . i'vebeen taking prozac60mg . and it no longer helps me . and i've gained alot of weight . asls was thinking of trying wellbritin xl . so confused all the meds work good in the beginning then stop working . need help i only have a md & a therpist . any help would be great silverfox46
