losing alot of weight

growin up i have always been lil. i was 5'1 all through highschool and 95 pds. that is what i am today. but with all me depression it seems like i am losing alot more weight. in the pass few weeks i have dropped 10 pds. Growin up in tx playing sports everyone down there took there sports to the extreme and that is why i was so lil because i always was working out. but moving up to college. running maybe once a week. losing 10 pds. is pretty crazy. i asked my doctor about it and he said alot of it did have to do with my depression and medicine. with all this i did go down to see my family over the long weekend last weekend. and they all got extremely worried about me. and dont understand what i am going through. and everytime i tired to explain it they wouldnt listen to me and was to busy trying to put food down me. Which i love my family to death. but it is times like this when i know the most that they dont understand what i am going through. i am sure some are trying but they just have so good that they dont notice how bad and sad i am right now. so if anyone out there can kinda understand were i am coming from please msg me

HI:

I lose weight when I am really depressed.  Luckily I am very up these past two or three months.  So hang on better days are ahead.  I am wide awake on a Saturday night.  Should of gone dancing like I did when I was younger.  I am B/P and have been fighting it for 30 years or so.  What a challenge.

Do you like to read?  I read alot.  Sometimes I have to read a sentence over and over so it will "sink" in.  But it does help me.

Well, I am just chattering on about nothing.

Take care,

All Alone

Its common not to have an appetite when you are depressed. I remember everything tasted like cardboard and I just couldn't get food down. Try to have a little bit of things. Take some vitamins to make  sure  your body it getting what it needs Being vitamin deprived will just make your depression worse. Are you on any meds? You may need to check them or change them. They can be good at getting your appetite going again and giving you the energy for the sports you like.

Things will get better. People here understand. Its hard for people who haven't experienced depression to have any concept of what its like. Get to a good doctor and adjust your treatment.

Best wishes Rusty
