About Me

I am a Christian working at eradicating the stigma attached to mental illness, especially the stigma amongst some Christians. I founded a faith-based mood disorder group called "Living Room" and am helping new groups get started. Pretty soon there will be seven such groups, one of them in New Zealand. Helping other who suffer from mood disorders has been good for me. By helping others I am helping myself stay well too. God has been good to me.
