I have tried many medications to help control my bipolar outbursts of anger, rage, and mood swings but nothing really helps. Is there any other methods then medication that work better.
Are you using medications alone or in combination with therapy / counseling? For some people, a combination of medications and therapy is necessary.
There are treatments other than medications, but whether they would work better for you than medications is something that has to be determined by trying them. Take a look at:
