Well for the most part I haven't had much depression to deal with. But recently I started feeling as if I wasn't accomplishing anything. So I decided I would join the Women's Hockey League in my town. I had already been working on it prior to this but I really got the ball rolling once these this thought entered my head. So last night I went to the skills and drills and practiced skating and hitting a puck back and forth with a teammate. I want to tell you, if you can find a form of exercise you enjoy, that is the best thing for depression. I know it is cliche, but it's true. When I was skating last night I felt so free and I was so happy and I still am. It is just about finding the right form of exercise for you. I hope that you all start feeling better soon.
