Well, it is 11:00 at night and those thoughts and those feelings are creeping back into my head. I know I have told everybody that journaling is a good coping strategy, and it is. But this evening, it just isn't cutting it. Tomorrow if I am still feeling this way I am going to call my counselor. Maybe she can help me.

I'm sure most of you have already heard this from someone else but I find that journaling is a good method of relieving stress and letting go of some of the things that are bothering you.
