About Me

I am 43 and have been struggling with depression my whole life. It seems to be getting worse for me with age. I believe that my "depression issues" have been passed on to me by both of my parents. My mother battles severe depression (but won't admit it) and my father is a recovering alcoholic (who battles depression also). Heredity is a wonderful thing! The people in my part of the world really don't understand or even acknowledge depression as an issue. They say that I can just fix it if I wanted to, and just get over it. I can't seem to pull that off!!! No one even knows that I battle depression since I am a wonderful actress. HaHaHa As far as anyone knows, I'm great. This of course is,...exhausting for me. Taking Cymbalta, but it just does not seem to be helping.
