Hi, Ashlee.  I'm sure this is very hard to go through and you might be suffering from postpartum depression.  Are you getting any help at all and, if not, are you able to anywhere?  Are you living in your own home or on a military base?  There are places you can get help if you can tell me a little more about where you're at and if you have a doctor, etc.

Having little kids is very stressful to a lot of people - I felt the same way when my sons were little.  I have a two-year-old grandson now and I've felt nervous about taking care of him until recently - he can at least communicate to me what he wants and needs now.  His parents are separated right now and it's very hard on my son and hard on my grandson, who I think is confused about which house he belongs in.  My son just lost his house, too, and had to move, so that added to the confusion.  Anyway, I'm just saying I know that it's hard especially when you're all by yourself.  Do you belong to any church or any kind of social group?  It's important to have a little bit of a life for yourself, however you can.  I think there are some web sites out there for moms with little kids but I don't know any of their names - you might find some other people in the same boat that you can connect with.

Let us know if we can be of some help, or if you just want someone to listen, we're here.  Hang in there, I hope the time goes by fast that your husband is away.  Let us know how you're doing.
