Feeling really pleased with myself today as I've managed to lose half a stone in two weeks. The biggest thing is I did it through healthy eating and excercise. I went into a panic about four weeks ago after weighing myself and finding out that I had gone up to ten and a half stone. I'm only five foot and so that's a lot for me.

Hi Everyone
Feeling a bit down at the moment, not really sure why, I just am. I kicked myself out of the door to go for a walk and that seemed to help a bit, as I got to speak to a little old lady and someone I haven't seen for ages. I know this feeling will pass though, just looking for a bit of support.

I was so stressed out yesterday. couldn't wait for everyone to just get out of the house today, so I could just be by myself.
