    Hi Tony,

Sorry to hear about your troubles. You just have to keep moving forward. Hopefully that lump is nothin or minimal. Are you getting therapy for your depression? It really sucks to be depressed so get some kind of treatment, finding someone to talk to helps out a lot. I am starting with a new counselor today myself.

I know...it seems like when it rains it pours...bad things seem to come all at once.  If it was just one thing we tell ourselves we can handle it...but when there are multiple things...it seems overwhelming.

You have a lot of things going on for sure.

Can you prioritize as to which things need your immediate attention and which things can wait to worry about?  Easier said than done I know.  And too...that part of the serenity prayer always helps me...in deciding which things I have control over and which things I do not.  Let the things you have no control over....go.  Focus on the things that you can do something about.

Your physical and mental health are a priority. I am hoping you get good news from the doctor.  My sister and I have both had a scare that way and I know how frightening it can be.

I want you to keep reaching out.  Please don't ever stop doing that.  Your well being is very important.  You do what you can to survive okay?

I am so sorry you are going through all of this.  You will be in my thoughts.

I know just how you feel as my depression began when I lost both my parents within 5 weeks of each other.  I had two sons that were in all kinds of trouble with the law and also suffered from alcholism.  My older son wound up in prison for 18 months.  At the same time my husband wasn't very supportive and he also had a drinking problem.  I managed to get through it all with different drugs and praying to God for help.  I still take medication and have some good days and some bad.  I feel like you at times and wake up and find it very hard to face another day.  It takes me a long time in the morning to get myself moving.  My only suggestion is to tell you to pray everyday and ask God to hold your hand to get you through another day.  He has helped me and continues to do so.  During my hard times when I think He is not listening to me, He is carrying me.  The best of luck to you and keep pushing yourself.  You will have good days and bad ones too, but never give up.Smile
