So many forums are filled with all the negatives about the medications and it is totally necessary to discuss those negatives yet it seems rare when something works out that this is also talked about.

Sounds like you've really got things moving in the right direction.
I have been through the struggle of finding the right medication at the right dose. That in itself can be a depressing task.
But nice to hear the story of success.
