I am 47 years old and divorced.I have struggled with depression and anxiety since I was a young adult.I just recently decided to do something about it.I want to live a full happy,healthy life without the use of alcohol and other harmful crutches.The special things in my life are my family,my dog Lucy,my garden,and the Nebraska Cornhusker Football Team Go Huskers!!!!!!
