Today it's Saturday!!! Last Saturday was hard. I think I was worried about if my Dr. would order that bloodwork for me, I knew she probably would but one never can tell. So this weekend is going a little better even though it's just a little after 11am. I am going to try to read today. Is anyone else...

    Hey Emily

You sound really good.  I have tons of books I want to read!  Right now I am into "The Saints Guide to Happiness."  What are you reading?

Hope you are having a good weekend Emily.  Keep writing.

I just finished reading a series of books by Terry Goodkind, his Sword of Truth series... there are 11 books in it so now that I've finished them I find myself wanting to read through them again so that's what I'm doing. Smile A good book is a great way to get through the day, I find - escaping into another's imagination like that.

    Hi Emily,

Yes, I am reading a book I think is great called Healing Depression the Mind-Body Way. Creating Happiness with Meditation, Yoga and Ayurveda.

I think it is wonderful.  It has breathing exercises, yoga postures, herbs, nutrition, meditation  techniques.  It basically suggests treating the whole person to cure depression including the spirit. This is what yoga, ayruveda is all about.  I believe wholeheartedly in this approach and would love to get off antidepressants for good some day.

I recommend it.  Looks like you have a wonderful dog. :)

    Blessings,

I'll have to check it out! My dog is cool, but he barks and growls at everything. He thinks he's a pitbull but he's a mixed yorkie! LOL
