I tried to lay down and get some sleep, but I just couldn't fall asleep. So here it is after 5 am- the birds have been chirping for an hour already/
If I fall asleep now I get about 2 hours sleep (3 if I do the really fast morning routine of jumping into the clothes and rushing out of the house without much thought) That's not enough... but I haven't figured out if it works out better for me to get no sleep at all or a couple hours.
I know the sleep problems make the depression worse, which makes the sleep problems worse... what an icky cycle.
I know I'm tired.. because I'm pretty much just rambling here.. - I wish I could figure out a solution to this.

HI WENDY, I HAVE THE INSOMNIA THING TOO. IT STARTED AFTER I HAD MY BABYS..3 GIRLS IN 3 YEARS. THAT WAS IN THE MID-60S...THE HIPPY GENERATION..WHILE OTHER PEOPLE WERE PROTESTING EVERYTHING FROM THE WAR IN VIETNAM, TO WOMEN BURNING THEIR BRAS, I WAS BUSY CHANGING DIAPERS ( THE CLOTH ONES) MAKING UP BOTTLES, AND GETTING NO SLEEP. IT IS NO BETTER NOW...I EVEN TRIED AMBEIN, THE WONDER DRUG...IT DID.NT DO A THING FOR ME...I WAS AWAKE LAST NIGHT THINKING OF HOW I CAN GET BACK AT THE THING I CALL MY HUSBAND....I AM FEELING SO DEPRESSED I DONT CARE ABOUT NOTHING..HE REALLY DID A NUMBER ON ME 2 DAYS AGO...I CANT GET OVER IT THIS TIME...WELL, I WILL GO FOR NOW...GOD BLESS YOU......JENNIFER
