    Hi Teri!

Excellent article as always.  I was very fortunate to have the assistance from a very skilled therapist in helping me through my traumatic memories of being abused as a child.  I can't say it was easy but I am much better off today because I did have a therapist to help me.  I couldn't recommend it more to see a therapist if you are dealing with PTSD.  You don't need to suffer alone.

Thank you so much for putting this information out there.

    Hi, MM!

Thank you, and you're very welcome. The more information we can get up on the site, the more people we can help.

I'm SO glad you had a good therapist. As I research PTSD, my respect and admiration for those living with it grows and grows.
