HI, I AM SORRY YOU ARE HAVING A BAD TIME. I WOULD HATE TO LIVE FAR AWAY FROM MY KIDS AND GRANDKIDS. I HAVE 1 DAUGHTER AND HER HUSBAND THAT LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE AND WE ONLY SEE THEM 2 TIMES A YEAR...MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER AND HER 2 GIRLS LIVE IN MY FRONT YARD...OR, MAYBE ITS WE LIVE IN HER BACKYARD...ANYWAY WE ARE VERY CLOSE..MY MIDDLE DAUGHTER AND HER 2 SONS LIVE DOWN THE DRIVEWAY...SHE JUST MOVED HERE A COUPLE MONTHS AGO...GOING THROUGH A NASTY DIVORCE...OH, AND I HATE WHEN MY MEDS. GET CHANGED AND MY BODY HAS TO GET USE TO THE NEW ONE...I HOPE YOU CHEER-UP SOON...YOU HAVE PEOPLE HERE THAT CARE FOR YOU....GOD BLESS...JENNIFER

Ferris Wheel
A work in progress
Sunday, May 25, 2008 at 12:00 PMDepression can be like a ferris wheel, we circulate round and round with our emotions, sometimes overwhelming low only to know that we rise back up again. Having ways to keep in touch with those we hold dearest is crucial. Can you use the internet to communciate/connect with your grandkids, send photos, play games etc.?
The hovering would make me more crazy than I already am. Changing meds always makes me even more agitated than normal. Take things one and a time and keep going...you're doing the best you can with what you have.
