About Me

I am a single old man who is retired and who has lived with depression, anxity, and social anxity all my life. I am a disabled Korean vetren and get all my treatment and medication from the VA. The Va has supper care for Vet's. I would not be here, but for the VA, and my case manijor. I worked as a Cad draftsperson doing maps when not in the milatary, and have been retired for some years. I havetwo great indore cats that have saved my life many times. I now live with my cats in a retirement community, and am a lowner for the most part. I am also in two group therapy programs at the VA and they help alot. It tuck a long time for me to get the right mix of medications that worked for me. I have been with the Va here in Grand Junction for more then 12yr. and they were the first to get my medications right, so dont loose hope. Keep asking for changes if your meds, arnt working. I take some medications for mood disorders, and they were the bigest help for my depression. I like computers, hockey, and football. I played hockey through high school and some after in Canada, so follow sports and can get lost in the games. i dont know how ithi site works, but will help any one I can, if they can put up with my spelling.
