I watched a 2 hour documentary with Dr Daniel Amen and this is my overview of what I got from it!
If you have ADD or ADHD or depression or no energy or motivation or just unhappy, you need listen to this. There is no magic pill that's going make you better. But if you follow this and get natural things you need you we be cured of all your negative thoughts and feelings and you will live a happy wonderful life!
He has been doing research and has done tens of thousands of brain scans to test this. So this is a fact! Not just an opinion!
Fish oil are essential for people with ADD and depression, saint johns worth,omega 3 fatty acid, green tea, Gaba, 5HTP for mood and kaVa kaVa for sleep. And a good multi vitamin!
You should have all of these if you suffer from ADD and Depression! But talk to your doctor. These are suggestions that are proven to work!
Also diet is very important. Make sure you eat more smaller meals throughout the day stay away from fast foods and deep fried stuff and soda are bad!
Make sure you have more protine, chicken turkey etc. Exercise is has to be done, it gets the blood pumping. And this great for you and your mind! You must at least exercise 3 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes.
You need to reverse all negative thougths. Thoughts lie! If you get a negative thought in your brain, ask your self, is it really true? We all are guilty saying oh, I will never be able to do this, that, but is that really true? For an example we say oh, no one will never date me, I'm too old? or I'm too fat? or whatever? But is that really true??
Because I bet there is someone out that would want date you ! You just have to start believing it! Because whatever we believe is true! Too us anyways?
Until you start believe something else! Everyone thought 100 plus years that the world was flat, but that's not true is it ? This may sound silly but its not! You just need start thinking, I can, instead of I can't!
You then will be able to have and do anything you truly want because you will believe you can!
It may feel like your lying to your self at first but keep telling your self you can and you will! Thoughts become things! So you best think about happy, good feelings rather then bad negative, unhappy thoughts!
Like attracts like you get what you believe. So if you don't want bad things to happen to you then stop thinking and stress over them because you will keep getting what your getting! Happy or sad! It is a choice! Theres only good thoughts and bad thoughts.
Its all in are subconscious mind we just need to start consciously programing are subconscious mind. Its just like when your started to drive stick, you had to think about it ? But now you just do it! It works the same way. Think about that!
