      <description>well hello to whom ever reads this post - it has now been over 1 year since my depression downfall and well, somehow i am recovering from what i thought was the end of my life.... it is nice to know people out there do care and want to help, just have to be around and talk to the positive right one's is all - my doctor is slowly tapering me off meds so i am down to buspar for my anxiety and trazodone for those shaky nights - i must say...</description>

      <title>does depression get easier ?</title>
      <description>well, its been almost 1 yr. since i last logged in.... here i am now, through the constant hell i have been thru, i must say it has gotten easier. positive friends and faith have helped me tremendously..... although i still feel the pain , moment to moment, i remind myself of the hell depression can be- all in all, i am better than i was over 1 yr. ago - anybody out there getting over depression ??? </description>

      <title>is there such thing as overcoming depression</title>
      <description>hello, i am a 30 yr old male who is overcoming depression- i had been in an 8yr. relationship that turned sour- after being admitted in a behavioral hosp. and taking meds. for yrs.,i am trying to get myself back on track in life-i am finding out just how hard it is to grieve a loss- i am trying to educate myself and do my part to strive ahead. i am curious if anyone who has had a past experience can relate and help out-</description>
