Well as you all know in my last post  I was a complete mess.. I went to the doctor got put on meds but I am very afraid to take the Effexor XR just because it's an anti depressent and every single one I have had in the past I have had very bad luck . . I know you can only know until you try it out how the outcome of it is but the truth is I'm scared to know. They also gave me Tradozone which I have only had to take twice for my anxiety and panic attacks. They also help me sleep too which yeah of course they will it's a sleeping pill, which I have no idea why they even gave it to me in the first place. It does help with my anxiety though, I just need to find a right combo I guess. I go for a therapy sesson on the 13th, nervous but excited at the same time . . And I go for a follow up to the doctors on my medication the 12th. I'm am doing alot better I haven't had any anxiety attacks nor have I been suffering from the depression but who knows when that will kick back in. I don't want to jinks myself or anything. I just need some really really really good advice!

I also want to thank everyone and all your kind words you guys have written me, I have plenty of smiles on my face reading your comments and you guys make me feel as though when I\'m reading these comments like I actually matter and I now know that I am not alone.. I also found another website that has a chat on it to so you can chat with others and stuff like that it's kind of like this one..
