Well it has been nice weather here

Although depression doesnt take a break

I find i am negative today

I wish i could make it less easy though

I enjoy the nice weather

Cant complain about it

that is great, warm weather...and enjoying it...are you going to go for a walk? what do you enjoy doing outside?

I made a list the other day of positive things...like warm weather, my cat, etc., food to eat, music to listen to etc. just to change my mood...it actually takes the mind in a positive direction I think...

do you have a bike?

I love the warm weather. It was really nice today where I live as well.

I am going to go on a walk right now actually. Should be fun. Kind of exhausted from moving a new bed up to my room but I want to soak up what's left of the sunshine.
