Hi Jon,

Did you get teeth pulled?  How come? Is that what you were saying?  And now your mouth is sore and it is hard to eat...

And you had teeth pulled four years ago too?

I am kind of out there but I didn't quite get it if this is what you meant...

I have had 16 teeth pulled.  I know it is not a great experience...but it doesn't last too long that the mouth is sore...does it?

I used to drink a lot of those shakes with milk, egg, sugar, and vanilla blended in the blender....forgot what they are called but it sounds good right now!

And custards, yogurt....

I just found out I have gum disease, early stage, so I need to do some deep gum cleaning...dentist is no fun but I guess we all have to take care of our teeth, they are important to have...

I hope it gets healed soon and you can eat whatever you want...

good to see you back :)

I have been going thru depression not thinking i can help anybody

Hi Jon,

I think I understand since I have been sick for three years....when we have pain or discomfort, and a lot, it feels like we can't help anyone else...and we feel kind of worthless...then depression...

and maybe for a time, we need to focus on ourselves...like you said, putting warm packs on...

or for me....taking a lot of epsom salt baths for my pain...

but you do help people on here, you are a kind, and supportive person to people, to me, on here...

so glad you are back and I hope the brown and discomfort goes away soon...I know it took a full week sometimes for mine...but it heals!

I just made my appt. to get my deep gum cleaning...good you got them pulled if you needed to and shortly, it will be all healed!

It is strange how when we get depressed, we think so differently isn't it?!
