About Me

Diagnosed with Major Depression & Generalized Anxietry as an adult, but have very clear memories as far back as grade school of suffering from what I now know are illnesses....just never knew there was something wrong. I just lived with it and didn't question it. Just thought that's the way I was....it was my "normal". Have been suicidal in the past, but now know that is not the answer. The roller coaster ride is painful and frustrating on a regular basis...the pain at times unbearable. My journey now is to connnect, help, and seek help from others who suffer in a similar way.
