Im feeling it beginning now that evening is approaching, oh i hate this, i just want to leave work and relax and feel content and peaceful, instead im anxious and depressed but i dont know why????  Im feeling really bad right now, thanks for listening, im going home now...i hope i can sleep and ...

    I know it is hated when people say "I know how you feel" but the truth of the matter is, I do. Evenings are the hardest times for me. If you don't already you might want to start keeping a journal or find something else that you find to be soothing to do at night. But what I do is just before bed time or whenever the thoughts of depression get real bad I'll start to journal and it helps me to let go of some of that stuff. I hope things work out for you.
