  • Hi all!


    Well another Friday is here. What do we have to show for it?


    This week I learned that my Vitamin D levels are very low.  This is not good for my MS nor for my depression.  I am supposed to take a supplement and also get thirty minutes...three times a day of "ambient sunlight."  Not sure what that means yet.  My vampire days are over I guess, I gotta get some sun but it is so confusing...I also went to the dermatologist and she gives me a sheet of facts about how it is bad to get into the sun.  I dunno.  Dammed if you do, dammed if you don't.
