A Weekly Evaluation of Your Depression
Well another Friday is here. What do we have to show for it?
This week I learned that my Vitamin D levels are very low. This is not good for my MS nor for my depression. I am supposed to take a supplement and also get thirty minutes...three times a day of "ambient sunlight." Not sure what that means yet. My vampire days are over I guess, I gotta get some sun but it is so confusing...I also went to the dermatologist and she gives me a sheet of facts about how it is bad to get into the sun. I dunno. Dammed if you do, dammed if you don't.
What are your thoughts?
Now how about you?
1. On a scale of one to ten, how was your week?
2. Good things? Bad things? We want to hear about your week....do tell all.
3. What have you done this week to be kind to yourself or improve your mental health?
You know I love to hear from you. If you are a lurker here, come on and talk a bit. We won't bite. I promise. It really is healing to share your experiences with people who understand.
And now for something completely different....If you want to hear my story about how I got my driver's license please read my latest post on the anxiety site called, "Afraid to Drive? You are not alone. "
I really hope you all have a fantastic weekend. You deserve it. Thanks to everyone who participates here. You make my life lighter and happier. And that is the truth.
