Discussing Mood Levels Over the Weekend
I realize I am slow to get this out there. I had a fun Friday. Had ordered season three of the TV series, "Madmen" and I am so hooked. In my opinion it is one of the most well written shows out there right now. I am such a fan, I even bought a book about the show as well as the soundtracks to it. I haven't been this excited over a show since "Rome" or way back in the day, "Twin Peaks." The scenes in Madmen which might be of particular interest to members are about how depression and mental problems are dealt with and especially how psychiatry was depicted back in the early sixties. It is a fascinating trip back in time.
Hey, have you noticed that Spring is here for many of us? The sun is streaming through my window right now. I am going to get me some Vitamin D today and get out there. I am going to put air into my bike tires and take the first bike ride of the season. I hope you get out there too and take a walk, a bike ride, or just sit outside and watch the grass grow.
