Reflecting on Happy or Peaceful Memories
A question for discussion:
Go back in time until you can recall a time when you were either feeling happy or at peace. Can you describe the memory? Sometimes remembering the good stuff can help us to feel happy right now. And I could use a dose of happy right about now.
