Weekly Mental Health Evaluation
Yep. I am late with this. This week for me has been about taking time for myself and having fun. I have been through considerable stress lately and I decided that in order to survive, I needed to find ways to relax and enjoy life. Devoting 100% to the things in life which stress us is not healthy. You need balance. I am starting to find that balance now.

4. What did you do for fun and relaxation this week? Me...I discovered Gllee Karaoke. Singing can be quite therapeutic I am finding.
