Feeling Grateful: Countering Feelings of Depression
I wanted to preface my question of the week today with a thank you to all of our members. I have seen some wonderful things happen on our site due to your willingness to reach out. We all have challenges in our life including battling depression. Yet despite having a mood disorder yourself, many of you take the time to comfort and support other members who are facing tough times. It really does help. And so I wanted to thank you for your comments and shareposts. Please keep the conversation going by participating on this site.
In addition to our members, I also want to say a special thank you to two special people who are an essential part of this community, Judy and John.
Both Judy and John assist our community by answering questions...tons of questions... as well as commenting on member posts. Just to give you an idea of how many questions we may get in a months time...the number can range from 50 on a slow month to well over a hundred a month during peak times. Judy and John...thank you for all that you do. It is very much appreciated.
One way that you can help this community is by helping to answer member questions and also by giving feedback to the folk who answer your questions. A variety of answers, comments and opinions make the site more vibrant.
Thanks again to everyone who makes this community thrive!
Now for our question of the week.
What do you feel grateful for today? Tell us all about it.
I hope everyone is having a good week. Hope to hear from you.
