My Depression Connection Question of the Week!

Hi everybody

 

It is Tuesday already.  And that means it is time to start up a new community discussion. 


I have been thinking about relaxation lately as I am in dire need of some.  But the problem is a two parter.  First of all finding time to relax and then secondly...what to do to relax.  I wrote about this relaxation dilemma over on our anxiety site.  In a tongue-in-cheek post I wrote about Relaxation for Real People.  I hope you enjoy it!


So let me pose the question to you.  How do you relax?  Do you have any special relaxation techniques you care to share?  Is it difficult for you to slow down and take time for yourself?
