1. On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate this week? Is this any improvement from the past weeks? I would rate this week a 6. I'm not where I want to be in life but I'm healthy, and my anxiety is better.
2. What has been especially challenging this week for you? Tell us all about it. The surgeon I went to to fix my diastasis recti told me it couldn't be fixed, so I'm frustrated and angry about this. I read online that alot of women have this after having a baby and that it can be fixed with surgery. I guess I have to find another surgeon who will work with me.
3. What has brought you joy this week? Have you had any moments of peace or happiness? Even if it was a minute...it counts...we want to hear about it. Alex my 7yr always adds to my happiness. I don't remember any moments of peace - It's not possible living here and who I'm with
4. Do you have any plans for this memorial day weekend? If you are doing anything remotely fun...we want to hear about your plans. No plans for the weekend the person I'm with never makes plans and brings me down so I don't plan anything. I'ts hard to look forward to anything. He is in a band with his family so he's in a parade on Monday but he doesn't plan anything with his son or me - and yes this makes me angry.
here is my scale for the week...0 in fact the last month all together
its been raining non stop.
Joy=0
plans=0
no hope in sight looking back neither, pfffffff medical conditions no use going there, survival mode is all there is like a man on a high wire but there no end to the wire whos starting to rust quite rapidly, damage goods.
1. My week hovered in the 1-3 range.
2. My challenges this week were the fact that I was born and raised in the Joplin, MO are and my whole family lives there. The tornado disaster has been awful. My heart aches for all my Missouri people.
3. I haven't had any joy this week. Info. about my family and freinds in Joplin, MO are still coming in. I wish for peace and happiness for all the people affected by the tornado.
4. I will be working 12 hour night shifts for the memorial day weekend.
I like the way you phrased that.
