Hello everyone!   I am glad you asked.  I have been meaning to give you the links to some great articles and posts all week.  I finally have a free moment to do so...so here goes.   Have you been wondering about Vitamin D lately?  It is all the buzz in the news recently...

Hi, MM.  I went right over to the osteoporosis site and put in my two cents about Fosamax and similar drugs, which I took in the past until I started finding out how they actually work - ewwww!  Thanks for letting us know, I'd never gone over there before.

Have a great week-end!

Oh I am so glad!  Pamela Flores is a real expert on anything related to osteoporosis...she really researches her topics well.  And she is such a strong advocate for patients.  I worry about developing this...so I frequent her site a lot.

Thanks Judy for paying her a visit!

Thanks MM for including my link to the FDA advisory panel on bisphosphonates.  It looks like some will be attending to present their specific cases so hopefully they will be heard with an open mind.

Hi Judy, thanks again for stopping by the OsteoporosisConnection site.  I hope the explanation on T and Z scores helps some and why T scores are used over Z for osteoporosis diagnosis.

Judy, we sure hope you stop by again!

Hiyah Lene!

It really is a fascinating topic and actually the more I read...the more confused I am.  I need to get my levels checked soon. I have diligently tried to stay out of the sun because I don't want to increase my chances for skin cancer.  But is a supplement enough?  I will be sure to ask my doctor when I get my next physical.

I hope our members pay you a visit and also talk about their personal experience with this.  The comments you received were very interesting indeed.

Thanks for stopping by...always love to see you!
