Just checking in with you. I would love to hear how your week is going whether it is good or bad or just in between. We are here to listen.

2. What were the challenges you faced this week? How did you cope?
3. Did you have any good moments? Were there any times you felt peaceful, happy, or devoid of depression?
4. What did you do this week to be kind to yourself? If you haven't done anything nice for yourself...try to do something this weekend. You deserve it!
