I plan on writing a post on this topic as it affects so many people who have depression. The topic is sleep.
My question for you is: Are you getting a good night's sleep? Or do you feel tired upon awakening? Do you suffer from insomnia? Do you feel that your depression is contributing to sleep problems? If you have sleep problems are taking any medications for it? How is that working out?
This has been an issue for me recently and I am very eager to hear how others are dealing with their sleep problems.
