Mood Assessment: How Was Your Week?
The weekend is here once again. Time to reflect upon the week. I would love to hear how you all are doing.
I finally broke down and got me a new computer. We usually buy Dells and HPs but we saw a Toshiba that looked pretty nice. I have yet to set it up though. That takes time. A lot of people seem to love their Macs. What kind of computer are you partial to?

1. On a scale of 1-10 how was your week? A one means it was the worse week ever with major symptoms of depression. A ten means that you had no symptoms of depression and had no great challenges to contend with during the week.

b. Eat a healthy diet
c. Make sure you get adequate sleep
d. Socialize (even if it was just on-line that counts too)
e. Got out of the house to do something fun
I must admit that I am slacking in most of these areas and particularly exercise. This must change!
