Maybe this sounds like a load of bunk or just some meaningless words on a page. But I assure you that I have been where some of you may be right now. Everyone's life is vastly different with very unique challenges that we cannot compare. But the one thing that joins everyone on the planet is our capacity to feel. Sometimes this means we feel pain. Half way across the world right now....someone is crying. A person you have never met is grieving. Someone you do know is struggling and feeling absolutely alone. The beauty of the Internet and especially sites like this is that we can find each other despite any distance between us. We can find each other and reach out a hand. We can reassure one another that this pain does not have to last forever. Those of us who have been through this can say, "I have survived and you can too."
Keep writing.
Keep reaching out.
Keep searching for the meaning in your life.
And when you find it...share it.
Here is to health and wellness! It is just within our grasp.
Peace and Love,
MM
