I can't sleep at night either, I feel as though I don't have a life because I sleep all day and I'm up all night when everyone is in bed, I feel like I'm dead to the world. I'm on Tradozone which seems to be helping but it's only my second day. I hope you get to feeling better and remember try to smile! I know it's hard but eventually it will get better, pray it helps me sometimes.

SAD is something that impacts me as well, even though I didn't realize until years in my disease of depression. I moved into a condo 3 years ago, only windows on 3 sides, gray walls in the main living area, burgundy in the kitchen, brown in the bathrooms, first thing I did was repaint, bright cheery uplifting colors that made me feel calm and hopeful. I have skylights too which could be my "sunlamp".
Hang in there! Spring is around the corner!
