i've screamed out for for over a year now and no one helps me... and you wonder why i have changed... transformed into this person who hates herself and questions why you still love her... i dont see how you could still love someone totally different from the one you used to know... cant you hear me screaming it's loud and clear... help me before im gone for good

Hi there

I must admit...when I read this I was concerned over your last sentence.

It is good to get these feelings out. I have felt this way too. In fact I was just talking to a friend about this...why isn't anyone listening? what does it take before someone cares or listens? Does one need to shout from a bell tower?

I am assuming that this post was written with someone in mind...perhaps a loved one? Who do you feel is not listening to you and if they were listening...what do you most want them to hear? What would you like them to say to you or do for you? This is a good place to share those thoughts. Have you expressed any of this directly to the people in your life?

Anytime you feel like writing please do. I would like to think that this site gives you that opportunity to be heard. We not only hear you but we are listening.
