Why is it that some days/weeks I can't even get the house cleaned? My husband has been really great but I know he's tired of a cluttered/ dirty house. I can't ask him to help because he puts in a 12 hour day. How can I get myself going to do just normal housework?
There are days when I just want to lie in bed all day. I know that's not good. I try to go outside & work w/ the cattle but w/ it being cold/snowy it makes it bad. I know I need to see a doctor or professional but I just can't even get geared up to do that. Talking to people isn't a help because most poopoo me or want to change the subject. Any ideas or help?

You need to get to see you doc and tell him/her whats going on. Write down all the things you are experiencing because its easy to forget when you get in there.
Sometimes I find it hard to motivate myself and lets face it, housework is the most boring repetitive thing...most people get sick of it. I make a list for the week and do one thing a day. Its surprising once you do one thing you seem motivated to do the next. For example I cleaned up the bathroom cupboards and then found the energy to do the rest of the bathroom. Next day linen press.... Write down your plan. One thing at a time. Its easy to be overwhelmed when you think of doing it all at one time. Best wishes
Thanks! That sound pretty much like how I'm doing it. I took down all the Christmas decorations & they made it as far as the dining room table. I am famous for just dusting or doing the tub & then maybe getting to vaccuming or the rest of the bathroom a couple of days later.
Of course the worst is when I go on a rampage & clean everything from top to bottom & then am sick for 2 days because I over did it.
