About Me
My first depressive episode was at age 11, then 13 - struggled through it alone. I've had major depression for most of my life, and I am really tired. Refractory depression. And each time, you just don't come back quite as ok as before the episode. I've been on just about every med possible. I'm feeling really beat. I've always worked, and just recently completed my MSW. But now.... I can't even help myself. Can people relate?
