3 Positives For The Day:   Coming off of a major depressive episode, I am trying to find ways to find some iota of joy in each day...and to my surprise...I am quite proud of this exercise I thought up to do for myself. I made a pact with my cousin who also suffers from depression to do this ev...

    Hi Jenny!

Yes indeed this is a wonderful exercise to focus on the positives.  It is so easy to let depression color our world so much that we think everything is rotten.  And it is also easy to become drained of energy when you dwell on the negatives.

This is not to say everything is rainbows and sunshine and to neglect problems but rather to allow yourself to see some good in things.

Let's see...positive things for my day today:

    1.  Spring is coming and it was a lovely day.

    2.  My MS symptoms were mild today.

    3.  I bought myself a chocolate easter bunny.  I think this makes me feel the happiest.  Smile

Hey...that did help!  I think I will eat some bunny ears now.  Thank you for this!
