What am I suppose to do?

Living with lifelong depression

I found this website by accident and I am hoping to find others with depression to share with and maybe find answers.  I have been on effexor for about 6 years and I stopped taking about 2 months ago.   I  feel apart the last few weeks, returned to my doctor and decided to start effexor again.
