Cymbalta and Lyrica

I am a nurse with arthritis,Fibromyalgia and Hypothyroidism.Against what I beli,I tried Cymbalta last year for pain relief.It was a miracle drug! it is,however,not for long term use.As I had to up the dose to 120mg per day,which is not approved.I read about the terrible withdrawal effects.The only side effects I ever had while on it was terrible... What is a person to do, I cannot tolerate any of the biplolar meds on the market??? Any suggestions, I have always had a weight problem and have delt with it most of my life in a controlled way.
