hi The earliest example of being afraid to speak is with my Dad Where do you learn assertiveness? I hope this question is alright At the support group I go to I am treated differently I can see the challenge of trying to "recover" But its yet another thing to know how to recover. Jon

Trying to find help for my out of control bipolar symptoms.

I have been looking for help for my bipolar disorder for a long time now.  I am loosing it, and don't know how much longer I will be able to be here.  I am doing this so that maybe others with my problem can find help too.  I am going to find a way!

I am learning that I'm not the only one that feels that way I feel. This site is showing me that and much more. I just want to say I appreciate all of you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
