Tried different drug cocktails but can't seem to get it right!

So Glad to be Here!

I am isolated as I cannot work, going out is hard and each day presents a new challenge! The side effects of the medication are terrible. Okay, thanks to those of you who posted your support. It is very hard for me to admit to people how I really feel-most people just don't get it and think I'm being stupid. Well its almost over

How do you keep track?

Conventional medical "wisdom" really amazes me - how am I supposed to know if I am depressed, or bi-polar? Most of the doctor's (no matter what speciality) are just guessing at everything.
